- External walls filled with 10 cm open-cell PUR foam and additionally insulated from the outside with 15 cm expanded polystyrene. Internal walls built on steel profiles, filled with 10 cm acoustic mineral wool. Finished with plasterboard panels or MFP boards;
- Floor based on a steel structure protected from below with sheet metal. Filled with 30 cm PUR foam and finished with an MFP board and dry screed;
- Roof constructed from structural timber (C24), filled and insulated with 20 cm mineral wool. Finished with standing seam metal roofing, including metal flashings and gutters;
- Façade executed in a light wet render system (plastered), with the option to choose an alternative façade in timber or fibre cement boards;
- Full electrical installation concealed within the walls, including installed sockets (frames) and switches;
- Heating system equipped with an air-to-air heat pump with central control. The bathroom is fitted with an electric ladder radiator;
- Complete water and sewage installation according to the design. Domestic hot water is provided by a 100-litre boiler;

- Triple-glazed PVC windows with a thermal insulation coefficient of U = 0.8 W/m²K. Profiles in anthracite colour;
