The ADD100 house is an energy-efficient home, ideal for 2+2 families, and thanks to three bedrooms it also works perfectly as a comfortable home for a larger family. The design has been carefully developed to fit even narrow and demanding plots, making full use of the available space.
The functional layout clearly separates the living and private zones, ensuring high everyday comfort, while the spacious living room provides direct access to the terrace, creating a natural extension of the relaxation area.
The house is equipped with an air-to-water heat pump providing underfloor heating and domestic hot water (DHW). A state-of-the-art mechanical ventilation unit with heat recovery (MVHR), enthalpy heat exchanger (moisture recovery), and high-efficiency air filters can be installed as an optional upgrade. This solution ensures an optimal indoor climate throughout the year while maintaining low operating costs.
The ADD100 house requires a building permit based on an architectural and construction design.
