Innovative heating, cooling and ventilation systems ensure an ideal indoor climate all year round. The mobile nature of the modules allows your building to be (re)located exactly where you want it – domestically or abroad.

The high load-bearing capacity of steel allows for slender profiles, providing a larger usable area within the same building volume.

The modules are manufactured with millimetre precision and then fully fitted with installations, insulation and joinery, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship regardless of weather conditions.

Each unit can leave the factory as a fully equipped spatial module, including windows, doors, finished wall and floor surfaces, installed bathroom fittings, household appliances and built-in furniture elements.

The completed modules are placed on prepared foundations, connected together and linked to utilities, allowing the building to be completed in days rather than months.

 

Wall and floor junctions as well as areas around windows and doors are sealed using dedicated membranes, tapes and system collars. These solutions reduce uncontrolled air infiltration and energy losses.

The durability and flexibility of steel allow free shaping of walls, floors and roofs, providing an effective alternative to reinforced concrete and timber.

Electrical installations are routed in sealed conduits and airtight junction boxes, eliminating thermal bridges and reducing energy losses.

 

Walls, floors and roofs are made from non-hygroscopic materials, eliminating the risk of mould and fungal growth.

The interior is protected by a dedicated vapour barrier membrane that limits water vapour penetration and further improves thermal insulation.

The wall partitions in our buildings are made from the highest quality materials, ensuring compliance with the most stringent construction standards. Carefully selected construction technologies provide excellent airtightness, high acoustic performance and full fire resistance compliance.

Partitions designed and executed in this way result in lower heat losses and reduced energy consumption, directly improving operating costs and occupant comfort.

Our buildings are based on top-grade materials that ensure structural stability, fire safety, acoustic comfort and complete energy airtightness.

High-strength structural boards provide our buildings with stability, load resistance and full operational safety.

To enhance the structural performance of our buildings, we use gypsum fibre boards from proven manufacturers. The combination of a steel structure with FERMACELL, SINIAT DURIPANEL and SINIAT DEFENTEX boards ensures that our buildings meet wind and snow load zone requirements as standard. In addition, these systems allow for the safe installation of furniture and interior finishing elements.

Fire protection

We apply advanced fire-resistant boards, providing high fire resistance and complete structural safety.

For maximum safety, we use fire-resistant plasterboards (RIGIPS PROFIRE PLUS) that slow down fire spread and protect the structure, ensuring compliance with stringent fire safety standards. Our buildings are designed with fire resistance ratings from REI 30 to REI 120, depending on project requirements.

Acoustic
materials

Advanced rock wool insulation guarantees high acoustic comfort and improved quality of everyday living.

We use rock wool insulation that effectively dampens sound and absorbs noise, both internal and external. This solution improves occupants’ quality of life, increases comfort in multi-residential buildings, hotels and student residences, and meets building acoustic standards. We apply the proven ISOVER POLTERM material, achieving an acoustic insulation performance of R’A1 at 50 dB for our partitions.

Airtightness

Advanced sealing of installations and partitions ensures exceptional airtightness and the highest level of energy efficiency.

All installations are routed in sealed conduits and airtight electrical boxes, while partitions are additionally protected using SIGA tapes, ISOVER vapour barrier membranes and TYTAN shielding foils.

The airtightness of our buildings, expressed by the n50 coefficient, ranges from n50 ≤ 0.3 1/h to n50 ≤ 0.6 1/h. This means our buildings are three to five times more airtight than required by regulations (n50 < 1.5 1/h) and up to twice as airtight as standard passive buildings (n50 < 0.6 1/h).
