The ADD50 / ZWP house is a modern, year-round building designed for freedom of choice and a flexible lifestyle. Its name comes from the idea of Earth–Water–Air, meaning it can be located on a traditional foundation, on water, or among treetops.
The well-designed interior layout combines a comfortable living area with a private zone. The living room with kitchenette forms a bright, open space for everyday relaxation, while the separate bedroom ensures privacy and comfort. This layout makes the house ideal for a single person, a couple, as a holiday home, or as an investment for short-term rental.
Large glazing brings abundant natural light into the interiors and enhances the feeling of closeness to the surroundings, regardless of the location.
The ADD50 / ZWP house meets the requirements of the “House without formalities” programme in Poland.

- The house structure consists of steel (frame) and timber elements;
- External walls based on a timber structure, filled with 14 cm acoustic mineral wool. Finished with plasterboard panels or MFP boards;
- Floor based on a timber structure protected from below with sheet metal. Filled with 20 cm mineral wool and finished with an MFP board;
- Roof constructed from structural timber (C24), filled and insulated with 20 cm mineral wool. Finished with bitumen roofing or an EPDM membrane;
- Façade executed in a light wet render system (plastered), with the option to choose an alternative façade in timber or fibre cement boards (additional option);
- Full electrical installation concealed within the walls, including installed sockets (frames) and switches;
- Heating system equipped with an air-to-air heat pump with central control. The bathroom is fitted with an electric ladder radiator;
- Complete water and sewage installation according to the design. Domestic hot water is provided by an 80-litre boiler;
- The house is equipped with a modern ventilation unit with heat recovery, humidity recovery and high-efficiency filters;
- Triple-glazed PVC windows with a thermal insulation coefficient of U = 0.8 W/m²K. Profiles in anthracite colour;
