We make 90% of your house in our factory, so it takes less time to deliver. After making the modules, we usually need 21 days to build the house on your property.
Our technology makes building houses cheaper than traditional methods. We reduced the required workforce and waste production. We also use less energy and made construction more weather resistant. In order to make the process more energy efficient we use recycled building materials.
What sets us apart from other options is that our building price covers the cost of installations, which are essential for creating your ideal living space.

The LSF structure is covered with SGW mortar, making it an exceptionally sturdy, airtight, sound-absorbing, and fire‑resistant one‑piece construction.

Residents have an independent and efficient source for both heating and cooling.
To boost the heat pump’s performance, we use heat storage tanks with solar collectors for hot water.
For a comfortable and even distribution of temperature, we implement capillary mats throughout the rooms.
We can make the house eco‑friendly with water‑saving solutions based on your plot’s conditions. All in harmony with the surrounding nature.
We treat wastewater using a two‑stage process, including a reed bed system, making it safe for toilet flushing and watering the garden.
The system collects rainwater and purifies it, providing enough water for monthly household needs.
In the future, if you get permission for a wastewater treatment system, the basic setup will be ready to connect to the water‑saving system.
Our custom‑made ventilation system prioritizes the health and comfort of the residents while conserving heat in the building.

Additionally, the application efficiently manages thermal and electrical energy, aiming to minimize consumption at all times.

Introducing 21 ADD – Dr. Ludomir Duda, a thermodynamics expert and climate advocate, brought this innovative idea to life, working alongside his son, Jan.
